Program Overview
Master of Hospital Administration program (MHA) is a professional Master's Level Degree accredited to students after completing a course of study in Hospital Administration. This degree will be awarded by Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, (Kanpur University). This course is a joint initiative between Chhatrapati Sahu Ji Maharaj University, (Kanpur University) and Regency Institute of Nursing, Kanpur.
The Master of Hospital Administration (MHA) program develops professional managers for the growing hospital sector. As hospitals become more complex, there is a need for skilled leaders—Hospital Managers—who can efficiently manage diverse teams while maintaining a caring environment. The program trains students in hospital planning, operations, project management, clinical and support services management, and handling financial, material, and information systems. It also builds the skills and attitudes required to manage people effectively. Graduates can work in private and government hospitals, as well as in hospital consultancy, healthcare IT, and health insurance sectors.
