ANM professionals are principally involved in maternity care and assisting new mothers during pregnancy. The course includes a broad variety of subject areas such as microbiology, genetics, anatomy, psychology and sociology, nursing fundamentals, behavioural science and first aid. This course includes a training at Regency Hospitals, which are spread across Kanpur and Other Centers in U.P. comprising of almost 700 beds.
The main focus of the programme is to prepare skilled and effective female health workers to achieve the goals of National Rural Health Mission which aims at bringing about tremendous improvement in the health system and health status of the country.
Objective
